Symposium Cancellation and Refund Policy

The International Porphyrias Symposium 2023 Cancellation and Refund Policy is as follows:

Symposium cancellations received in writing before September 1, 2023 will receive a full refund on registration fees less a $50 administrative fee.
Symposium cancellations received in writing after September 1, 2023 will receive a 50% refund on registration less a 15% administrative fee.
Symposium cancellations received in writing after October 1, 2023 are non-refundable.

We recommend transfer of registration to a new delegate to avoid cancellation fee. In the event of a cancellation, registrations are transferable to delegates not yet registered.
